Teepee Slumber Party Rental Terms
Below you will find a brief overview of our slumber party teepee rental agreement. A complete copy of the rental agreement will be sent once your party is booked.
DEPOSIT & BOOKING: A $50 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking in order to reserve your party date and theme, payable through Square,Paypal, Zelle or Cash App. Payments made through Square will be subject to a processing fee. The deposit will go towards the total rental cost of your party. If not received within 48 hours of your booking, your date and theme will be released. The remaining rental balance will be due 48 hours prior to delivery, in addition to a completely refundable $50 damage deposit. Final payments not received by this time will result in the cancellation of your party with no exception.
The damage deposit will be held to cover any potential damage or additional cleaning. It will be returned in part/full dependent on a check of all equipment.
The minimum party booking cost is $100 + 6% sales tax.
We must receive confirmation of the final number for your sleepover party and add-on choices no later than “14” days prior to the date of the party. If the Client chooses to downgrade the party after this time, the original booking price will still apply with no refund.
All bookings are for one overnight hire period.
All prices are subject to change, however, prices quoted at the time of booking will always be honored.
The costs of add-on items are non-refundable.
Custom theme party costs must be paid upfront and is non-refundable. Custom themes are required to be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.
VENUE REQUIREMENTS: It is up to the Client to ensure that there is enough floor space for the number of teepees rented at their selected venue.
All furniture should be moved and the party area should be free of toys, dirt, and debris before we arrive for setup.
The amount of floor space you’ll need depends on the number of teepees you request. You will need a minimum of 4 (wide) ft by 7 (length) ft of floor space per teepee. You will also need a height clearance of at least 5ft. **Additional space for walking will be needed**
CANCELLATION: Cancellations can be made 14 days before the scheduled party date. The $100 deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited. The costs of add-on items are non-refundable.
“Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” reserves the right to cancel your party booking at any time, for any reason. We will always try to give as much notice as possible. Upon any such cancellation we will refund the client any monies paid in respect of the party booking, within 30 days, should any refund be due. “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” will not be liable to pay any compensation to the client or any other person for any loss, damage, or expenditure arising directly or indirectly from the cancellation. “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” reserves the right to terminate the booking without notice if there is a breach of these conditions.
FINAL PAYMENT: All outstanding balances are due 48 hours prior to delivery, payable via Square or Cash App. The remaining balance is based on the agreed-upon number of guests and any additional items.
INSURANCE: Insurance is the client’s responsibility during the rental period. “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” is not liable for any accidents that occur during the rental period. The client accepts all liability.
When renting from “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC”. The client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged, or destroyed equipment will be charged to the client at full replacement value.

It is provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of an implied warranty, so portions of this disclaimer may not apply to you. You may have other legal rights that vary by jurisdiction.
LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES: We strictly provide entertainment. Please be aware that children need to be supervised by their parents or by a responsible adult member when using our equipment. “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss, or damage to the property however caused. “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” has the final decision in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions.
The client agrees that “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” (including its owners, agents, employees, successors and assigns) accepts no liability for any claim for personal injury, death, loss, or negligence on the part of “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” however caused. The client is solely responsible for injuries or property damage occurring due to the use of the equipment. The client assumes all liability for and agrees to defend, indemnify, hold harmless and protect “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” from and against any and all liability.
DELIVERY & SETUP: Delivery, assembly, collection, and general laundering are included in the hire cost unless stated otherwise.
Prices include delivery to Hampton Roads, Virginia. A $50 delivery charge will be added to parties outside of these areas.
COLLECTION: We will arrive the day after the party, at a previously agreed time, to collect items.
A quick inspection of all items will be completed at the time of pick-up to confirm there are no obvious damages or issues. A thorough inspection will be completed during the week after your party to inspect for any damages that may have been missed in the initial inspection. At this time the damage deposit will either be returned or used to replace any damaged items.
DAMAGES: General cleaning of all items is included in the hire price. The client will be responsible for the cost of replacing any “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” equipment damaged due to mistreatment while at the client’s premises. This includes breakages of teepee frames/lights/breakfast trays, tears/holes in the teepee fabric/pillows/linens/plushes/air mattresses, or extra cleaning needed due to stains.
If any item is damaged or stained, charges will be deducted from the damage deposit in order to replace the item including staff time. If the cost of damages exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, an invoice will be sent to the client and must be paid by the client within 24 hours.
“Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” items exposed to cigarette smoke will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee.
It is the responsibility of the client to take the duty of care and always supervise children with the hired equipment. Diligence must be taken with younger children on the client’s premises as “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC” hire equipment is not recommended for children under the age of 5.
The cost of missing or damaged additional items will be discussed at pickup.
OWNERSHIP: All equipment remains at all times the property of “Dreamy Teepee Party Rentals LLC”.
